Mission Statement

Our mission is to increase spaying and neutering of companion animals thereby improving their quality of life and reducing unnecessary euthanizations.

Vision Statement

We envision a future when all companion animals are living in safe, loving homes.

Strategy

Our strategies focus on areas within Colorado that have limited resources for companion animal protection by means of spay/neuter assistance. By establishing working relationships with local veterinarians and volunteers we develop a cadre of local supporters who will foster on-going spay/neuter efforts and public education on the importance of spaying/neutering.

100% of your donation goes towards animals in need.

Current Projects

We have two concurrent outreach programs in both Kit Carson and Pueblo Counties in Colorado. Officials in both counties have expressed a great need in reducing the unwanted pet populations. Both projects are forecasted to last two years. The success of our projects will be measured with the help of local officials and historical data/statistics of animal intakes and euthanasia within the County shelters. Our goal is reduce the number of unwanted animals by focusing town to town within the County to educate and provide low cost spay/neuter assistance. Our hopes within a few years these number of shelter intakes will drop significantly to a sustainable number which allows higher success rate in pet adoptions.

Thank You ASPCA and The Summerlee Foundation!
